Beechwwod is located in the small village of Llanarth which is on the A487 half way between Cardigan and Aberystwyth on the West Wales coast in the county of Ceredigion.

When you enter the village the road drops down in to a dip. At the bottom of the village there is a shop and layby. At the end of the layby there is a one way lane and sign for Beechwood B&B. Turn up this lane, and Beechwood is facing you on the first bend. The car park is just to the right of the building.
